Which Vietnamese resort has more Russian tourists?

Mui Ne (Phan Thiet) has long been the most "Russian" resort area in Vietnam. Here, there are even more Russian tourists than all others combined. Many cafes, restaurants, shops, and travel agencies are specifically oriented towards Russians and are owned by Russian entrepreneurs. There is even a supermarket "Perekrestok" (a fake). Nha Trang is currently less Russian-speaking, but the situation is changing rapidly - in recent years, there has been an influx of Russian tourists and businessmen. Without knowledge of foreign languages, there will be no problems at both resorts, but in Mui Ne, you will feel almost at home.
