Where are the floating seafood restaurants located on Cat Ba?

Previously, seafood restaurants "floated" right next to the center of Cat Ba Town, where there was a promenade and a bay, opposite the semicircular stele with a greeting. But now nothing remains there. The entire water area and port were removed, land was made there, and it was built up with hotels. Currently, in the place where the restaurants floated, there is a walking promenade and a beach, and in the small remaining part of the bay, the water show Symphony of the green island takes place. A small number of floating restaurants have moved to the other side from Cat Ba Town, where the cruise boat pier Ben Beo, also known as Cai Beo, is located. But, perhaps, they won't stay there for long either.
