What is the cheapest way to get from Hoi An to Hue?

From Hoi An to Hue, you can only get directly by bus or taxi (transfer by minivan or car), or by renting a motorbike one-way for 500,000 dong (you return the motorbike in the other city upon arrival), or for 1,000,000 dong with a driver on a motorbike. You can also get there with a transfer in Da Nang by train, but such a trip takes almost a whole day. The cheapest known option is direct buses from the Hanh cafe company. At the time of writing this information, their trip costs 150,000 dong in a sleeper bus as in the photo below. The bus departs at 7:30 am and arrives around 11 am. There are quite a few negative reviews about this company and route, but overall it's possible to travel and it's inexpensive. If you want to travel with more comfort, tourist agencies and hotels offer many transfers with other companies, but prices there are already around 300,000 dong. So if you need a simple, inexpensive way to get there, you can confidently choose Hanh cafe. They have their own website for buying tickets online, but Russian cards are not accepted at the moment. Therefore, you can come or go to the office, which is located almost in the center of Hoi An, easily found on the map, and buy tickets for cash there.
