No, rubles are not accepted here, and all prices for goods in duty-free shops at Bali airport are listed in the local currency (rupiah), and it is most advantageous to pay at the checkout with them. If you do not have rupiah, the checkout will accept dollars or euros, but they will be converted at a less favorable rate than at exchange offices on the streets outside the airport, so it is better to spend any remaining rupiah here.
