The main market of Jomtien is the Jomtien Night Market, which is located directly opposite the beach and is open daily from 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM. This is one of the best places in Pattaya to buy inexpensive clothing, shoes, and accessories. Here you can and should bargain. There is a food court with Thai food – the average bill for two is 300–400 baht.

For fruits and local food, go to the Rompho Market – it is located away from the beach but is easily accessible on foot. Here, mango costs about 50 baht per kg, mangosteen – 50 baht, rambutan – 40 baht, durian – 240–260 baht for a large fruit. It is open from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM, and in the evening it turns into a street food court with seafood.

If you want a huge selection at very low prices, come to the Thepprasit Market – it is open on Saturday and Sunday from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM (partially on weekdays). Here they sell clothes, dishes, decor, Thai sweets, and even fried insects. This is one of the few places where you can really find cheap items.
