Pattaya's main bus station (North Pattaya Station) is located on North Road Pattaya Nuea, just a few hundred meters from Sukhumvit Highway. The landmark is the intersection of Pattaya Nuea and Sukhumvit Road, near a large market and the Terminal 21 shopping center. On the map, the station is marked here: Pattaya North Station on the map.

The easiest way to get to the bus station is by songthaew shared taxi — these are blue pickups that travel along the main streets. If you are in the center (Beach Road or Second Road), take a songthaew heading towards Terminal 21, get off at the stop near the Terminal, and transfer to a minibus going along Pattaya Nuea. The fare is 15 baht. You can also take a taxi — from the center, the trip will cost about 60–100 baht, depending on traffic.

From this station, buses depart to Bangkok (to Ekkamai and Mo Chit bus stations), to Suvarnabhumi Airport, and to Hua Hin. The station has ticket offices, restrooms, a waiting room, and small shops
