The Crazy House (Crazy House, Hang Nga) is a unique attraction in Dalat, serving as a hotel, cafe, and art gallery all at once. The building is designed as a giant tree with crooked windows, tunnels, and staircases, without a single right angle. It was created by Mrs. Dang Viet Nga (Hang Nga), the daughter of Ho Chi Minh's advisor, who studied in Russia. Inside, there are themed rooms: tiger room, eagle room, ant room, kangaroo room, and others, with handmade furniture.
It is definitely worth visiting if you love unusual architecture and want to take striking photos. This is the most popular location in Dalat, listed among the strangest buildings in the world. However, keep in mind that it is always crowded with tourists, and construction and renovation are still ongoing. If you want to stay overnight, a room can be rented from $35, but be prepared to become part of the exhibition β rooms are visible from the street.
