There are several ways to call from Abkhazia to Russia cheaply:

1. Use a local Abkhazian SIM card. This is the most economical option for regular calls. An outgoing call to Russia on local tariffs costs about 8 rubles per minute. If you buy a tourist package with minutes (for example, "More Maxi" for 1090 rubles), some calls may be included in the package or cost even less.
2. Activate a special option with your Russian operator. For example:
