How many terminals are there at Hanoi Airport and how to move between them?

Hanoi Noi Bai Airport has two terminals: International Terminal T2 (the new international terminal) and Domestic Terminal T1 (the old domestic terminal).

The terminals are located in separate buildings, not connected by walkways. The distance between the entrances is about 1 kilometer. You can move between terminals in two ways:

• On foot - takes 20-30 minutes
• By free shuttle bus - special buses wait right outside the arrival hall exit

Shuttle buses run 24/7 with a frequency of approximately 20 minutes. It is recommended to allocate at least 30 minutes for moving between terminals, considering waiting time for transport.

Each terminal has all the necessary basic services for passengers: official taxi stands, tourist information, hotel booking, cafes, currency exchange, ATMs, SIM card sales. On the second floor of the international terminal, baggage packing and storage lockers are also available.
