Which taxi apps work in Nha Trang?

In Nha Trang, it is most convenient to order a taxi through the Grab and Maxim apps. Grab is the Asian equivalent of Uber, and Maxim often offers lower prices, although you may wait longer for a car. The cost of a car ride starts from 25,000 dong in Grab and from 15,000 dong in Maxim. On average, a ride in the city center will cost 30,000–50,000 dong, and for a motorbike taxi — 15,000–30,000 dong.

Payment is made in cash at the end of the trip, as Russian bank cards do not work. We recommend installing both apps in advance and registering with your phone number. If the SMS from Grab does not arrive, try selecting Kazakhstan as the country during registration (the code +7 matches Russia's).
