Yes, there are ATMs on Koh Larn. The main ones are located in the fishing village of Na Baan — this is the main center of life on the island, where the ferry from the pier of the same name arrives. You can also find an ATM on Tawaen Beach near the 7-Eleven store, which is located right at the pier on the shore.

However, we should warn you right away: withdrawing money on the island is extremely unprofitable. The commission for one transaction is about 220 baht regardless of the amount. Therefore, it is better to withdraw cash in advance in Pattaya, and bring the ready amount with you to Koh Larn.

Cards are not accepted everywhere on Koh Larn. You really cannot do without cash here: cashless payment works mainly in chain stores 7-Eleven (for purchases from 200 baht), large hotels, and some cafes on tourist beaches, but often with a commission of 3–5%. For renting a motorbike, beach loungers, toilets, street food, and entertainment, you will have to pay only in cash.

If you plan to spend several days on the island, it is better to resolve the money issue in advance. Shops and family stalls in the village of Na Baan, as well as most cafes on the beaches, operate on cash, so calculate your budget and bring enough baht with you.
