How to get to the viewpoint on Pratamnak Hill in Pattaya by songthaew?

Getting to Pratamnak Hill by songthaew is the most budget-friendly option, costing only 15 baht per segment. The route is a bit confusing, so it's best to use Organic Maps or Maps.me to avoid getting lost. Our instructions will help you find your way:

• From central Pattaya: board a songthaew on the main road along the beach (Pattaya Beach Road) heading south and ride to the final stop – the intersection after Walking Street. There, transfer to another songthaew to Jomtien (another 15 baht) and get off on the road between the two hills, then walk up about 1 kilometer. Alternatively, walk about 2 km from the intersection to the hill itself.
• From the Naklua area: walk to North Pattaya Road (landmark – Terminal 21 shopping mall and the dolphin statue), board a songthaew heading south along Pattaya Beach Road, and follow the same scheme.
• From the Jomtien area: board a songthaew on Jomtien Second Road heading toward the center, get off between the hills (landmark – the turn to the hill), and then walk 1 kilometer uphill.

Remember that songthaews in Pattaya operate on main routes like city buses and stop only on request.
