Yes, bringing electronic cigarettes and vapes to Egypt for personal use is allowed. There is no official ban on this. However, there is an important aviation safety rule: devices with batteries or accumulators can only be carried in hand luggage. It is strictly forbidden to put them in checked baggage. Spare batteries must also be in hand luggage, each in a separate bag or container to avoid short circuits.
