The easiest and most accessible way to top up a prepaid SIM card in Thailand is with cash at any 7-Eleven, Family Mart, Tesco Lotus, or Tops counter. Just tell the cashier "top up" and show your phone number or the SIM card package. The minimum top-up amount is usually from 20 baht, but in practice it is convenient to top up by 100-200 baht. You can also buy a Top-Up Card at the same stores β€” it will have a code that you need to send from your phone. Online top-up through the operator's website is possible, but Russian cards do not work there. It is most convenient to manage your balance through the operators' official apps: MyAIS, Dtac, or TrueID β€” there you can also add additional packages (add-ons).
