Answer (changed )

Entrance to the Kuala Lumpur Botanical Garden (Perdana Botanical Gardens) itself and most of its zones, including the Deer Park, is absolutely free. A fee is charged only for visiting individual thematic parks on its territory: the Bird Park, the Butterfly Park, as well as the Orchid and Hibiscus Garden. So you can safely stroll along the main alleys, relax by the lake and enjoy nature without spending a penny.
