How long does it take to drive from the Abkhazia border to Gagra?

From the Abkhazia border (Psou checkpoint) to Gagra it is only about 25 kilometers. Travel time under normal road conditions is approximately 20–30 minutes. This is the closest major resort to the border, so many tourists, tired from the long journey, stop here.
