In Sharm el-Sheikh, the main and most famous shopping spot for souvenirs is the Old Market. Here you will find countless stalls with magnets, figurines, clothing, hookahs, and other tourist goods. However, be prepared for active bargaining, as prices are initially greatly inflated.

Old Market – the main trading area in Sharm el-Sheikh

If you don't like bargaining, head to stores with fixed prices:

  • Mango Market on Al Benouk Street in the Al-Fanar district.
  • Souvenir Supermarket Fix Price on Al Sultan Qabos Street in Naama Bay.

For buying groceries, sweets, tea, cosmetics, and other everyday goods, the best option is the city's largest hypermarket — Carrefour. There, prices are fixed and often lower than in tourist shops.

Important: Many small shops are also concentrated in the tourist area of Naama Bay. You can buy almost everything, but the ability to bargain is just as necessary here as at the Old Market.
