How to get to the craft complex on Langkawi?

The Langkawi Craft Complex (Kompleks Kraf Langkawi) is located on the northwest coast of the island, near Black Sand Beach (Pantai Pasir Hitam). This is a fairly remote location from the popular southern resorts.

You can get there in several ways:

1. By rented transport (the most convenient option):
   • By car or scooter. The roads on the island are good, with signs everywhere. The complex is marked on all tourist maps. There is free parking on the premises. Travel time from the tourist center of Kuah is about 20-25 minutes, from the Pantai Cenang beach area - 40-50 minutes.
2. By taxi or via the Grab app:
   • This is convenient but can be expensive due to the distance. Be sure to agree on the price in advance or use the fixed rate in the Grab app.
3. As part of a tour:
   • The complex is often included in sightseeing tours of the island. This eliminates transportation problems.
