The distance from Da Nang to the My Son archaeological complex is about 80 kilometers. Travel time by personal or rented transport (motorbike, taxi) will take approximately 1 hour 40 minutes to 2 hours one way. The road is quite scenic, passing through rice fields and local villages.
If you are traveling by rented motorbike (cost from 100,000 dong/day), allow time for possible photo stops. A taxi ride will be more expensive—from 500,000 dong one way—but more comfortable. Bargain with the driver before the trip.
The most popular option for tourists from Da Nang is a group tour. Prices for such tours start from 330,000 dong (about 972 rubles), but typically, this is the minimum cost only for transportation. Entrance tickets (150,000 dong) and guide services are usually paid separately. Tours can be found at local agencies or booked online on trusted sites, such as GetYourGuide.
Previously, city bus No. 6 ran from Da Nang to Phu Da village, but in 2025 this route has been suspended.
