What is the best time to visit Lan Ha Bay in Vietnam?

Lan Ha Bay is open for visits year-round, but the optimal time is from October to April, when dry weather with moderate temperatures prevails. During this period, the sea is calm, visibility for snorkeling and diving is good, and the chance of rain is minimal.

From May to September, the rainy season begins, which can be accompanied by typhoons and storms. Although there are fewer tourists and lower prices during this time, cruises may be canceled due to weather conditions. Also, note that in the hot months (June-August), high humidity can make staying on a boat less comfortable.
