No, unfortunately, it is not yet possible to reach the passenger terminals of Colombo Airport by commuter trains, although such a project has been discussed for many years. The nearest railway station near the airport is far from the terminals, and you will have to take a taxi or tuk-tuk from there, as it is a 4-kilometer walk. These stations are Katunayaka South Railway Station and Katunayaka Railway Station. A slow commuter train between Colombo and Negombo (and further north) stops at them, running several times a day.
