Which taxi app is worth installing for a trip to Vietnam?

In Vietnam, the Uber or YandexGo apps do not work, but there are many other good and reliable apps:

• Grab – this is already a classic app that works throughout Southeast Asia, a replacement for Uber. Here you can order car taxis, motorbike taxis, food and shopping delivery, parcel sending, and even hotel bookings. If you want one app with maximum coverage, then install Grab.
• Xanh SM – this is a new modern local taxi. The fleet includes electric cars and locally produced motorbikes, and it is positioned as eco-friendly, but it costs a bit more than Grab for the same distance.
Taxi Maxim. This is the same international app that works in Russia, and it works here too. But the coverage is much lower than the previous two, in some cities you might not get a ride at all. However, in Nha Trang it works quite well, and the prices are lower than the previous two.

Taxi InDrive. A specific app that allows you to negotiate the price directly with the driver. In Vietnam, it works in many cities, but request acceptance is not guaranteed anywhere, and due to lack of knowledge, you might even pay more than in the apps above. Generally, in our experience, InDrive is more suitable for long trips (to the airport, bus station, etc.) than for short ones within the city or resort.
