How to pay for a visa on arrival in Bali?

The visa on arrival at Bali airport officially costs 500,000 rupiah (approximately or 30 US dollars), plus an additional small processing fee of 13,500 rupiah. The visa is paid only in cash in local currency, dollars, or euros. Cards and electronic wallets are not accepted!!! There is nowhere to exchange international currency for local rupiah here, and there are no ATMs either. Therefore, if you do not have local rupiah left from a previous trip, the only option is dollars or euros. Important! Old-style dollars without a security strip are categorically not accepted!
