Dollars are exchanged at the BDO bank exchange office, which offers the best rate among all other exchange offices at the airport. But a couple of important points from us:

• Bank exchange offices, including BDO, only work during the day; at night you will have to exchange at other offices with a lower rate.
• You need to ensure your "old" dollars are in perfect condition, without marks, creases, or folds. Otherwise, they may not be accepted even at BDO.
