Instead of a physical card, you can buy a local or tourist eSIM. Tourist SIM cards are more expensive than local ones, but they are more versatile and suitable for complex travel in different countries. You can buy a tourist eSim for the Philippines and other countries on the websites:

If you only plan to visit the Philippines, you can buy an eSIM from local telecom operators, even remotely while not yet in the country. However, Russian cards and payment systems are not accepted there, so you will have to pay with a foreign card.

Important! After purchase, the electronic SIM card will need to be activated in the same way as a regular one, but this can only be done while already in the Philippines on the operator's network. That is, activation in advance from abroad is impossible.
