Hua hin attractions: Hua hin Night market

Ночной рынок Хуахина Hua hin night market

Hua hin night market (Chat sila, Hua Hin Night Bazaar) is one of the best places in town for an evening drink, especially with family. If you don't spend in the resort of time in bars with girls in the tourist district, you can't every day to go to this night market. There will always be interesting, and every time you find something new.

Anyway, night markets in Thailand there are at almost every resort in the big city, and Hua hin is no exception. For those who don't know what is Thai night markets, explain that this is not just a place where something is sold and bought. It is something much more interesting, in our manner of them can be compared with our fairs. Apart from the huge number of Souvenirs, clothes, jewellery, jewelry, local and traditional products, a necessary attribute of every night market is a food court, numerous cafes and food stalls. Here can be inexpensive and tasty meal, try a variety of traditional and exotic for us food and drinks. The market is bound to have some kind of exhibition or an art workshop, and at least some entertainment for the kids. In some markets, entertainment centre, is the scene where they show different views (unfortunately, Hua hin market scene).

As for the trading, the prices here are slightly higher than in the shops and markets of the city, but you have to bargain, and this should be done always with pleasure and with a smile, and then you will be satisfied with the purchase. If you want to buy something cheaper without bargaining, it is better to go with the main street market and wander through the nearby streets, also at night there are plenty of shops with lower prices.

While walking don't forget to visit the covered market, called Chatsila. Pass it is approximately in the middle of the street Soi 72. It is more free trade and more artistic part of the market. There is something like a Museum in a wooden house (you have to climb to the second floor) with furniture and installations in the rooms. Work on the street and sell their works of street artists and craftsmen. Still here is a pleasant food court, multiple stores, each specializing in their cuisine or certain dishes. Don't forget to look in the wine section where they sell wine from local wineries. Children here can play with a small model locomotive.

In General, it is always fun and noisy, and you should go at least one night. And most likely, once here once, you will visit him every night.

Hours: Hua hin night market starts to work, after dark, after 18:00 and closes around 22 hours.

Entrance fee / ticket Price: free

How to get there: Hua hin night market is located almost in the center of the street Hua Hin Soi 72, just a few minutes walk from the tourist center across the street (night market Hua hin on the map). As a guide you can use the clock tower. It is necessary to pass a little bit along the main road to the North, and the market will be on your left. Keep in mind that not all of the market works on the road Soi 72, you can also go into small lanes from the street.

Hello! With Pattaya neither Hua hin nor cha-am should not be compared. Both resorts are much quieter and the beach is much better, IMHO. Hua hin some pandemonium kupalisko on the beach is just in the center, near the Marina, and further South almost no one there. Cha-am is even quieter, but there is more to the Thais. ...
